Traditional and eGift cards can be purchased via our website, in person Monday – Saturday after 11am at Jag’s Steak & Seafood/Piano Bar, 5980 West Chester Road, West Chester, OH 45069 or by phone (513) 860-5353 ex5.

Can I personalize the message on the gift card?

Yes, for a Traditional card purchase you can request a personalized greeting on the insert card or add one yourself. You may also add a greeting to the email that will be sent with the eGift card purchase. Please note that it will be written exactly as typed so pay extra care when typing your message.

How will I receive confirmation of my online order?

You will be prompted to include your email address during the order process. Once your order has been placed, you will be sent a copy of your order which will serve as your receipt. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact kelly.lowrey@jags.com.

May I ship the Traditional and eGift cards directly to my recipient?

Yes, you will have the option during the order process to ship to yourself or your recipient.

I am interested in purchasing gift cards in bulk quantities. What programs do you offer?

Please contact our Manager of Gift Cards at (513) 860-5353 ex23 to discuss bonuses for purchases of $500 or more.

Can I return or exchange my gift card purchase?

All sales are final and non-refundable.

When are orders filled for Traditional and eGift card purchases?

Traditional card orders placed before 12:00pm EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will be shipped the next business day.

eGift card orders will be emailed almost instantly unless scheduled. However, email carriers and other issues can delay your order especially during the holiday sales times. If the eGift order is not received within 4-6 hours of purchase, please email us at fulfill@netmasons.com.

What will I receive after my eGift card order?

You will receive an order confirmation (receipt) and if you sent an eGift to yourself then you would also receive a copy of the eGift email which includes a link to the actual eGift card.

Do I need to print my eGift card or can I present purchase via Smartphone?

You may either print the eGift card or present via Smartphone.

What are my delivery/shipment options?

Gift cards may be delivered via USPS 1st Class Mail – this is complimentary. Gift cards shipped via USPS 1st class mail cannot be tracked. We allow 7-10 days for delivery based on the USPS mail volume and the shipping address’s proximity. Gift cards can be shipped USPS Priority Mail. This method can take 3 – 5 business days depending on USPS mail volume. Gift cards can be shipped via Next Day Air using UPS. UPS Next Day Air Service does not include Saturdays, Sundays and some holidays.

Do you offer a Saturday overnight delivery?

We do not offer any Saturday overnight delivery services.

Is there a signature required for Priority or Next Day Air shipping?

No, a signature is not required. Your package will be left at the front door or with the reception person at the business.

Do you ship to a P.O. Box?

USPS shipping will deliver to a P.O. Box.

I have not received my order, what do I do?

If it is a day or more beyond when you would be expecting your delivery (5-7) business days for standard USPS shipping please email us at fulfill@netmasons.com.

Can gift cards be used for tax & gratuity?

Yes, you may apply your gift card balance to the entire check including food, beverage, tax and gratuity. We do at times issue promotional and business trade donations which may have restrictions.

Can I use more than one gift card to pay for my check?

Yes, you may use as many gift cards as you wish to pay for your meal.

What will happen if I do not use the full amount of the gift card in one visit?

The balance will remain on your gift card until your next visit and until the full value has be depleted. We do at times issue promotional and business trade donations which may have restrictions, including the possibility that balances WILL NOT carry over and must be used in its entirety during one visit.

Do gift cards expire?

Purchased gift cards do not expire. We do at times issue promotional and business trade donations that DO expire.

Can my gift card be replaced if lost or stolen?

Unfortunately, Jag’s Steak & Seafood is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Usable up to balance to buy goods or services only at Jag’s Steak & Seafood/Piano Bar. Not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Not a credit or debit card. Not reloadable. Safeguard this card. Cannot be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen, or used without authorization. The cardholder hereby knowingly releases Radiant Hospitality Group LLC and its affiliates from any and all liability or claims of any nature whatsoever arising in connection with this card. Purchase, use or acceptance of card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
